AMCC manages the properties, they're not in charge of the renovations, only the maintenance. The Fed decides what gets replaced and what gets rehabilitated.

Average "allowable" mileage is 15K a year - the vehicle is 13 years old, so the mileage isn't considered high. I wouldn't spend 4K on a 13 yr old car, but that's just me.

You'll go until the compression is released and then occasionally for "maintenance". Another alternative is physical therapy, but that is more intense and sometimes will make it worse.

Have you tried a chiropractor for the sciatica? It's usually the nerve is pinched that causes the pain. Spinal manipulation can ease/remove the pain.
