So I go into K's room to get her from her nap and she bit the crap out of her crib! Is there anything I can do about this?

Someone --- 15 years ago -

They make plastic cover type things for them. I don't know where, I've just seen them on cribs before.

Blue --- 15 years ago -

What is K? A little girl or a termite? lol.

Shutter Bug --- 15 years ago -

Good luck. My daughter did the same to her crib and toddler bed. Nothing we did stopped her.

I will look, Someone. Thanks.

Hahaha, I worry because of the wood chipping and the stain.

Hahaha, she may be both.

Oh I know. I was the same way. But luckily her her furniture didn't have stain on it, plus the little chunks she bit out were always laying there on the floor when did it.

I think K will eat it. I have given her a book to look at and she ate some paper from it. She's an eating machine. No more books for her! It looks like a lion attacked her crib, LOL!

If you can't find the plastic strips I suppose you could always sew a towel onto it somehow.

Erin Marie --- 15 years ago -

LOL! I put one of her blankets at the spot for now.

Someone --- 15 years ago -

Oh, what about using long pieces of velcro strips to secure the towel to the crib? Unless she can rip velcro off.

Erin Marie --- 15 years ago -

Depends on how tough it is.

Someone --- 15 years ago -

You could even safety pin the blanket/towel on the outside where she can't get to it as easy.

Erin Marie --- 15 years ago -

She must be testing her new 4 top teeth. Lol

Maybe she's cutting more teeth.
