Any places around here that rent to 20 years old who has liability insurance through progressive?

Not sure any places in area. Called Enterprise and they will not. 

I don't know any company that rents to those under 21. Ask a friend to borrow a car?

Haha she's not ross chick QS. I don't think you can rent under 21. I know if you rent under 25 you get charged an extra fee. Also, you might be forced to use their insurance if yours isn't enough coverage.
