Somehow my upgrade date changed from March 5th to June 5th. I called all pi$$ed off and she couldn't figure out why my date changed. She upgraded my phone anyway and gave me an extra $70 bucks off with 2 day shipping:D. I got the HTC Tilt 2 for $107! I hope I like it! I felt bad about spending so much but I just checked my account and we just got our state refund woo hoo. 

When does an upgrade become eligible? Is it 12 months or 24 months when the contract is up? 

Last time I called they told me it is a calculation on how long into your contract and how much you pay on that particular phone per month. For instance the phone that is only an add on to the family plan wasn't eligible for an early upgrade until 18 months into the contract where as the main phone was at 12mnths. I thought it was just 12, but apparently not. This was also like a year ago and things always change. 

They told me 11 months on a 12 mth contract and I think 21 mths on a 24 mth contract. 

When does an upgrade become eligible? Is it 12 months or 24 months when the contract is up? I always though you got a new phone when you contract was renewed. My husband contract will be renewed March of next year but they are telling him that he is eligible for an upgrade now. that confused me 

I think Verizon said at 80 or 90% of the contract being fulfilled, you are eligible for an upgrade. I *think* that's pretty standard.
