Anyone can give you a proctored exam. There is a form you can get from an instructor that someone has to sign saying they watched you take the exam and you didn't cheat. Your neighbor could do it, a librarian or even a friend. They prefer it not be your spouse or family members. Hope this helps!

Her SSgt or above can do it. Depending on what test she is taking, she just hasto have them enterin their MarineNet username and password. 

I have done proctored exams for the last 4 semesters. My proctors turned in a form, got a username and password sent to them and entered it in for me. :-) So yes, it can be done that way. 

Thats through Coastal, I am assuming that is where she is going through. :o) 

I am assuming she is doing it through the Marine Corps, isn't she a Marine? 

I know the Coastal LRC will proctor tests for you. Just go in and talk to Linda Muir.

The humvee courses have tests after them that have to be proctord, a bunch of MCI's, Common skills, etc. There are a TON! lol!

im not a marine my husband is. its through penn foster and it says i need someone who has a two year degree,associate's degree, or a test control officer

No, I know what you mean. My husband always did the MCI'sthat came in the books. Never went to a LRC to do them! lol! And, he never had to go through the 7 humvee courses through MarineNet.

they say its a hours per exam and i have 7 to do. and you have to do them all at once. dont know if i can
